Where is your tea made?

All La Bonne Fille Fine Teas are sourced from carefully selected farms; please see specific product descriptions for countries of origin. All manufacturing is done in Canada with the strictest quality control and focus on product excellence.

Tell me about your tea bags!

All teas are packaged within the delicate veil of our plant-based, biodegradable PLA-KNIT tea filter material made by forming PLA fibers into a mesh fabric that is free of DNA, micro-plastic, and GMOs.

Are your products nut free?

No. While individual blends may not feature nuts, our teas come from farms in countries where completely nut-free facilities are very difficult to guarantee. In addition to peanuts, our blends may include traces of almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and walnuts.

What are natural essences?

Our natural essences are concentrated extracts in a food-safe alcohol base. It has many useful applications in food. For example, we use these familiar flavour extracts like vanilla, citrus, or root in baking. Our natural essences are organic, chemical-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, and vegan!
