Due to various regulations worldwide, we cannot offer refunds for open tea packages (food safety risk). Order cancellation is possible before shipping. Please get in touch with service@labonnefilletea.com. For accessories, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that once an item is shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable. La Bonne Fille Fine Tea Co. is not responsible or obligated to refund an order where the Postal Service or customs delayed the delivery. 


If your package arrives damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us at service@labonnefilletea.com within business five days of delivery. Kindly attach a photo that displays the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.
